2. Shortlisting & Confirmation Email

   • If your profile looks like a strong fit, you’ll be shortlisted and notified by email. If not, you’ll still hear from us, so you’re never left wondering.

3. Skills & Experience Snapshot 

   • For some roles, you may be asked to complete a short task or share a portfolio/sample of your work. This helps us understand how you approach real-world projects.

4. Interview Conversation

   • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 30-minute Zoom conversation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, ask questions, and explore if the role feels like a fit on both sides.

5. Reference & Fit Check

   • Depending on the role, we may ask for references or do a light background check to confirm work history.

6. Final Selection + Offer
